- Use only high quality hose and fittings that is the correct size and pressure rating for your application when fitting your manifold – other hoses will be affected by heat and will eventually crack or split which could cause excessive boost pressure and engine damage
- Ensure that all plumbing is secured with clamps or cable ties
- Your CO2 Manifold should be mounted at least 100mm from any heat source.

Turbosmart recommends that once installed the part is correctly mounted as well as checked for any possible leaks.

How to install your sensor Block
Two options are available for CO2 Hookup. They are detailed below
Wiring requires two digitally pulsed outputs and correct boost control setup. The other remaining wire on each solenopid is a shared 12V.

- Manifold leaking – Check fittings are tight and o-rings are present or not damaged.
